Q - Is the Provider Available 24hrs/day, 7 days/wk, 365 days/yr?

A - Yes, we have on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Q - Does the Agency Provide Overnight Care and/or 24hr Care?

A - Yes. We offer up to 24 hour care. We do not have live in services.

Q - Once Assigned, Are Caregivers Regularly Supervised And Evaluated By The Registered Nurse?

A - Yes. Each caregiver will be assessed and supervised by a Registered Nurse throughout the case.

Q - Does The Provider Send a Registerd Nurse to Meet The Family And Develop a Plan of Care for the Caregivers to Follow?

A - Yes. Each patient will meet with a Registered Nurse to develop a plan of treatment.

Q - Does the Provider Perform Criminal Background Checks on Caregivers Prior to Hiring?

A - Yes, every employee is fingerprinted and background screened prior to employment.

Q - Are the Caregivers Employed by the Provider Supervised by the Provider's Clinical Directors?

A - Yes, we have a Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing that oversee all employees.

Q - How Far in Advance do I Need to Request my Services?

A - We have a large amount of staff members and can provide services within a few hours based on availability.

Q - Is There a Minimum Number of Hours?

A - Yes, we do have a 4 hour minimum for our hourly care.

Q - Am I Locked into a Contract?

A - No, you will not have a contract with our agency.

Q - How much do you services cost?

A - We accept multiple insurance plans including Medicaid / Medicare, and Private Pay.  Please call our office for details.
