What Insurance Policies Do You Accept?

We will call all insurances to verify benefits for the patient and verify our provider status with that insurance company. Depending on the clients insurance policy, we may be considered out of network providers and benefits may be paid at a reduced rate, patients then would be responsible for the difference.
