How Much Do Services Cost?

We work with a variety of private health insurance policies and Medicaid. Rates vary depending on the service requested.

Am I Locked into a Contract?

No, you will not have a contract with our agency.

Is There a Minimum Number of Hours?

No, you can request 1 hour whenever you need some extra help or can request 24 hour/7 days a week services.

Will my Caregiver/Nurse be Insured?

Health Force covers each patient care employee.

How Far in Advance do I Need to Request my Services?

We have a large amount of staff members and can provide services within a few hours based on availability.

What Insurance Policies do you Accept?

We will call all insurances to verify benefits for the patient and verify our provider status with that insurance company, depending on the clients insurance policy we may be considered out of network providers and benefits may be paid at a reduced rate, patient then would be responsible for the difference.

Are the Caregivers Employed by the Provider Supervised by the Provider's Clinical Directors?

Yes, we have a Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing that oversees all employees.

Does the Provider Perform Criminal Background Checks on Caregivers Prior to Hiring?

Yes. In order to be part of the Health Force team every applicant must pass a FBI background screening.

Are the Caregivers Covered by Workers' Compensation in the Event they are Injured on the Job?

Yes.

Does The Provider Send a Registerd Nurse to Meet The Family And Develop a Plan of Care for the Caregivers to Follow?

Yes. Each patient will meet with a Registered Nurse to develop a plan of treatment.

Once Assigned, Are Caregivers Regularly Supervised And Evaluated By The Registered Nurse?

Yes. Each caregiver will be assessed by a Registered Nurse through the case.

Does the Agency Provide Overnight Care and/or 24hr Care?

Yes. We offer up to 24 hour care.

Is the Provider Available 24hrs/day, 7 days/wk, 365 days/yr?

Yes, we have on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.
